Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: 
Any claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 07 days of receiving the product. If an item is lost in transit, claims must be filed no later than 07 days after the estimated delivery date. We cover the cost for any errors identified as our responsibility.
If you encounter any issues with an order, please contact us immediately by submitting a problem report.

Return Address & Notifications:
The default return address is our partner facility. Once the returned item is received, you'll get an automated email notification. If another address is used for returns, you will be responsible for any returned shipments.

Wrong Address:
If the provided shipping address is insufficient, the shipment will return to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Unclaimed orders are returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, sealed goods, including face masks, are not eligible for returns or reshipping. Such items will be disposed of if returned.

Customer Returns & Exchanges:
If your customer wants to return an item, we encourage them to contact us first. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse unless legally required.

Size Exchanges:

Offered at your discretion and expense. A new order will need to be placed for a product in the correct size.

Brazilian Customers:

If the product was purchased from Brazil, customers may request a return within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in original condition.

EU Consumer Rights:
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, certain items are non-returnable, such as:
1. Personalized goods made to order.
2. Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene or health concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns based on these conditions.
